GoodiQuest is a family behavior and habit management app developed by Othman Lahoui. Contact us at lahouio@gmail.com.
2. Data We Collect
- Account data: your name and email address when you register.
- Children's data: first names or nicknames you assign to child profiles. We do not collect any data directly from children.
- Behavior data: rewards, punishments, goals, and store items you create for your family.
- Purchase data: subscription status managed through Apple's App Store. We do not store payment card details.
- Usage data: anonymous analytics to improve the app (page views, feature usage).
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and operate the GoodiQuest service.
- To send account verification and transactional emails.
- To manage your subscription status.
- To improve app performance and user experience.
4. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
GoodiQuest is designed for parents and guardians, not for use directly by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Child profiles contain only nicknames entered by parents. No child data is shared with third parties.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We use the following third-party services:
- Supabase — database hosting (EU region)
- Resend — transactional emails
- Apple App Store — subscription payments
6. Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing lahouio@gmail.com. We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at lahouio@gmail.com to exercise these rights.
8. Security
Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Significant changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification.
