By creating an account or using the GoodiQuest app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Service Description
GoodiQuest is a family behavior and habit management app that allows parents to track children's behavior, set goals, and manage a reward store. The app is intended for use by adults (parents and guardians) on behalf of their children.
3. Subscription Plans
Auto-renewable subscription. Includes up to 5 child profiles, unlimited goals and rewards, multi-parent access, and social features.
Billing: Your subscription is billed monthly through your Apple ID. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation: You can cancel anytime in your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
Free Plan: GoodiQuest offers a free tier with 1 child profile and basic features.
4. Account Responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
- You are responsible for all content you create within the app (behaviors, goals, rewards).
- You must not use the app for any unlawful purpose.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse GoodiQuest. Prohibited actions include attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering the app, or using the service in a way that harms children.
6. Intellectual Property
GoodiQuest, its logo, and all original content are the property of Othman Lahoui. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the app without written permission.
7. Disclaimer
GoodiQuest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any loss of data or interruption of service. The app is a tool to support parenting — it does not replace professional advice.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting lahouio@gmail.com.
